Sunday, after Chris and I got back from evening church service we discovered the top of a Sweet Gum tree in our backyard. The limbs crushed a section of fence, but no other damage was done......The dogs love it, they think it is a Jungle Jim. The tree is obviously a victim of woodpeckers. It was so cold and windy I had my pullets in the barn.
The tree fell very close to the spot where we are planning the coop to be.
